PPM Project Budgets

PPM project budget allocations and modifications as determined necessary by fund managers are to be submitted via the corresponding DFA ServiceNow ticket and must include the required template as noted below.  Financial Planning & Analysis will process the requested allocation or modification.  

Fund managers are responsible for determining budget allocation/modification amounts and submitting all required documentation.

Non-budget questions for PPM projects should be directed to Project Portfolio Financial Management (PPFM).
