Dear Campus Partners,
To follow up on the FY27 Financial Stabilization Plan communication dated Thursday, December 18th, which included the targeted 7% reduction by unit, we are providing the base data that was used for the calculations for your reference. Please note that this base was run on December 12, 2025. As you know, the budget is not static, and rerunning the data may result in updated budget amounts and will not align with the base data.
Additionally, please note that any new Budget Augmentation Requests (BARs) that would change permanent funding in fund 19900 or 14000 should be considered as additional dollars that will need to meet the 7% target reduction in FY27, as they are not included in this base data.
