The mission of the Office of Financial Planning and Analysis is to guide the stewardship of UC Merced’s financial resources and manage fiscal processes and policies in support of the University’s strategic plans and goals. Our collaboration with campus units, financial oversight, establishment of planning frameworks and tools, and decision support for campus leadership supports the university in achieving its mission and strategic goals.
Our vision is to be the primary collaborative partner for campus community members in developing operating budgets and managing financial resources and capital plans.
