As a follow-up to the Division of Finance and Administration (DFA) email dated February 10th, we would like to provide additional guidance regarding the deadlines for GL Budget Request submissions.
Due to UCM Plan being unavailable for processing of budget requests from Monday, March 10th through Thursday, March 20th, all GL Budget Requests must be submitted no later than 12:00 PM on Thursday, March 6th to ensure review of requests and processing of approvals prior to the system cutoff. Requests submitted by this deadline will be reviewed and processed by EOD Friday, March 7th.
All other requests must be submitted in the new UCM Plan environment, which will become available on March 21st.
