FP&A has updated the Staff/Faculty Permanent Funding Update form, which includes more detailed instructions on the intended use of this form and how to complete it (first tab in the file).
The revised form will be required for any forms submitted after Friday, December 15th. You may continue to access the form at the same link provided in the Staffing Reconciliation section of the Financial Planning & Analysis website.
